Vincent Foucart

Vincent Foucart graduated from ENSTA, HEC and CHEA. In addition he is Certified Financial Analyst and Actuary.

After having contributed to SOCIETE GENERALE Asian operations reorganization, he joined in 2001 the French insurer AGF as an Investor Relations Officer. In addition to his functions he assumed the management of the Chairman Office from 2005. He added the management of the strategic equity stake portfolio in 2006. After the success of the take over bid of ALLIANZ on AGF in 2007 he took over TOCQUEVILLE FINANCE management after having organized a MBO. After 2 years of adverse market conditions he managed the process of merger with La BANQUE POSTALE AM.

Since he joined SCOR in 2009 as an Advisor's to the Chairman and CEO, he took over the Corporate Secretary and more recently contributed to the development of ILS Strategies for SCOR clients. In May 2014 he took over Alternative Solutions specialty line acting as CUO. From April 2018 he was appointed Employee's Representative Board Member. In September 2018 he was appointed Deputy CEO of SCOR Global P&C Partners, in charge of Alternative Solutions, Cyber Solutions and 3rd Party Capital.
